Nicolas Offroy joined CIC Private Debt's Mezzanine & Unitranche team in 2018. He has more than 15 years of experience in structured finance, including 8 years at Bpifrance Investissement in charge of senior and mezzanine debt funds and 7 years at Banque Espirito Santo in the Structured Finance department. Nicolas is a graduate of EM Lyon.
